Help Us Preserve America's Agricultural Heritage

Our Mission

At Farmland Stock Exchange, we're solving one of rural America's most pressing challenges: keeping family farms in the family. Every day, we help landowners preserve their agricultural legacy while creating genuine pathways for the next generation to achieve ownership — without forcing families to sell to outsiders.

We're not another AgTech startup chasing trends. We're building something that matters: sustainable solutions that strengthen rural communities and honor generational stewardship. This work has a real impact on real families, and we're scaling rapidly to reach more communities across America.

We're bringing on 1-2 sales professionals in the next eight weeks to accelerate this mission.

The Role

We're seeking a dedicated Account Executive to lead our outreach efforts to farmland owners. You'll be the first voice they hear about our mission, and your approach — empathetic, professional, and purposeful — will set the tone for potentially life-changing conversations.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Conduct 75 qualified outreach calls daily to landowners, trustees, and estate representatives

  • Schedule 10 monthly meetings with qualified, interested landowners

  • Execute our proven communication framework while adapting to each unique situation

  • Manage comprehensive follow-up sequences across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS)

  • Maintain detailed records and insights in our CRM system

  • Provide strategic field intelligence to leadership and sales teams

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

  • U.S.-based location (required for regulatory and operational reasons)

  • Minimum 1 year of proven cold-calling or outbound sales experience

  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly with established landowners and older demographics

  • Self-directed work style with strong accountability to daily and weekly targets

  • Emotional resilience and professional persistence in high-rejection environments

Preferred background:

  • Experience in agriculture, banking, rural communities, or estate planning

  • Understanding of multi-generational family business dynamics

  • Track record of building trust quickly with conservative, relationship-focused clients

Compensation & Growth

  • Base compensation: $60,000 annually
